Instructor: Dr. Carl DeStefano DC Description: This course describes the neurology, biochemistry and immunology that underlie all allergies. Methods are taught to systematically pick apart the many pre-existing conditions that cause allergy symptoms in our animal patients. Diagnosis and treatment of intestinal dysbiosis, food allergy and liver detoxification pathway pathology is taught. The correct way of testing for nutritional deficiencies and the biochemistry necessity of certain nutrients is presented. When these new techniques are put together in an orderly protocol they become an incredibly affective tool to eliminate allergies in your patients.
