Applied Kinesiology and Functional Neurology 3 and 4

Instructor: Dr. Carl DeStefano DC Description: Both sessions are combined over 4 days. This is a brand new session of all new material. An emphasis on the neurology behind what we as animal chiropractors do is included. Labyrinthine influences on motor output affecting balance and gait will be described with methods for correcting problems in this system. Problems in sacral balance can be diagnosed very specifically with muscle testing and new techniques to uncover hidden problems will be taught. A protocol for the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder problems including diagnosis of related neural and muscle involvements will be presented. A method to use muscle testing as a means of prioritizing the order in which the body wants to be corrected will also be taught. Completion of AK 1 & 2 is necessary for enrollment in this course.
